John Ogle, Founder and Chief Operating Officer

Warren Gedge, Chief Technology Officer
Warren has been a pioneer in the technology space for over 25 years. Throughout his career Warren has served as CTO for Resolver Inc. and several Venture Capital Firms and Hedge Funds. Warren has also held senior roles at Postmedia Networks Inc., Syncapse, Proofpoint, Amazon, Box, Evernote, Facebook, Pervasive Software, West Corp, BT, Singtel and various government entities across the world. Warren is currently the Chef Technology Officer of ScriptString and Symbiosis, an American and Canadian modern technology firm focused on technology modernization, security mitigation, and workflow automation. We promise to deliver organizational growth and efficiency through technology. Kyle Fox, Board of Advisors
Kyle is dedicated to leveraging technology to create a better world. As the CTO of SOSi, he is at the forefront of accelerating the adoption of Open Source Software (OSS), Cloud, and Zero Trust principles to empower DHS, DOJ, and DOD partners to deliver capabilities swiftly and effectively. Previously, as the Chief Software Officer (CSO) of the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC), Kyle led the R&D portfolio for future ICBM capabilities. His work encompassed hypersonic vehicles, micro-nuclear reactors, trusted microelectronic fabrication, and AI/ML at the tactical edge. As the founding Chief Software Engineer (CSE) for the Department of the Air Force (DAF), he spearheaded the software and technology implementation strategy for the $96 billion Sentinel/GBSD ICBM modernization program. Kyle has achieved several notable "firsts" in the DOD, including: Building the first Cloud Native Nuclear Weapon System and leading the first use of a Government Furnished software factory on a major program pioneering Digital Acquisition techniques at scale. Kyle is passionate about helping organizations overcome challenges related to the adoption of OSS, Cloud, and DevSecOps with their stakeholders. He is eager to connect with those who have innovative ideas or technologies to help the government operate better, smarter, and faster.
Jose Arrieta, Board of Advisors
Jose is the former Chief Information Officer and Chief Data Officer of HHS. He brings over 17 years expertise in technology management, innovation, policy, small business and acquisition/ procurement solutions. He has deep experience in all phases of the acquisition life cycle and has served in a broad range of executive roles within the Federal Government and private industry. He is a respected leader in applying emerging technologies, especially blockchain, artificial intelligence/machine learning and robotic process automation, to Federal business processes and mission critical program challenges. Jose has published several articles on the importance of communicating with the industrial base to ensure successful procurement outcomes. He has also written articles on valuing disruptive technologies from a private sector investor perspective. He is actively engaged in the academic community, and served at the University of Virginia and Johns Hopkins University as an Adjunct Professor focused on Artificial intelligence, Blockchain, Business Management, and Public Procurement. He is also an advisor to the Dean of the Kogod Business School at American University and provides guidance on the creation of a data science lab that is exploring the use of blockchain and artificial intelligence. He has pushed for a broader policy view in the USG of artificial intelligence, blockchain technology and created government-wide communities focused on identifying blockchain use cases and best practices.
Tom Santucci, Board of Advisors
Tom is the former Director, Government-Wide Policy (DCOI and CloudSmart), General Services Administration and led the Data Center & Cloud Optimization Initiative PMO at the GSA. In this role, he oversaw the PMO’s managing partner responsibilities for the Data Center Optimization Initiative (DCOI), helping to implement the federal CloudSmart strategy. Tom also serves as Co-Chair of the Federal CIO Cloud & Infrastructure Community of Practice, which has over 3,500 members from across the federal IT workforce. Prior to joining GSA in 2019, Tom managed the Data Center Transformation Initiative (DCTI) for the Department of Justice (DOJ), creating the enterprise strategy for the Department to achieve its DCOI objectives and accomplish its cloud adoption goals, as well as providing the overall enterprise vision and policies for DOJ’s future computing environment. Using the methodologies developed and implemented to meet the intent of these programs, DCTI ultimately exceeded OMB targets established for the Department, which led to DOJ being recognized as employing best practices by GAO.
